House Help, What to do
We finaced our house a year ago. Our taxes went up and we are really struggling with makeing our house payment, I am disabled and my husband and I are no longer to keep up with the house, due to illness. We have tryed to sell the house to no avail. So we have to get out of the house, we have talk to our lender and they wont help.
So what do we do our cried is geting messed up because of late payments to our morage. I just want out of this house. How do we do this with as little dammage as possable, also. How do we go about all this . what do We do and how.If we default how do we get some place to live before we do,? Thanks for your help. I don't knpw what kind of lawyer to get to help me. I also have little money, Thanks for you help it means a world to me,

You should consult with a bankruptcy lawyer. It may be possible to work it out so that the payments are affordable, but if not it may at least discharge the deficiency and allow you to stay in the house long enough to find another place to live.
