Husband & i separated
This home was in my name before his- family home- he has been gone- abandoned it 3 1/2 years ago- not paid cent! Has come back and forth with false promises- even lived here - is he entitled to half my home???? Separation agreement was broke when he came back - correct?

He may be entitled to something, but your question omitted so many important facts that it is unanswerable. If the property was in your name alone before the marriage and then you added his to it after, that would be a factor. If there was a mortgage that was being paid during the time you were together, he acquired some equity during that period. If the separation agreement had provisions for how the home was to be divided, that would be a factor, though the circumstances under which he returned might negate that.
