Inheritance Without a Will
If a married couple with no children dies without a will, will their assets (real estate, 2 cars, bank accounts, retirement accounts) go to the state or be divided among parents and siblings?

Re: Inheritance Without a Will
First of all, if only one dies it goes to the other. Then when the second one dies, it goes to the surviving spouse's parents if alive, if not to siblings. If both die at the same time, it would be divided into two such shares. This is why it's important to have a valid will in place. I write many wills for my clients.
