joint property ownership

I own a piece of property along with 2 siblings. I want out of the property, either by selling or buy out. at this time niether sibling can afford to buy me out. What recourse do I have?

Your options are to get the others to agree to sell, but if they are unwilling, and it isn't feasible to try and get an outside party to buy your interest, you can file a suit to partition and sell the property through a trustee. This will involve more expense then just selling it privately, but if the others aren't willing to change the status quo, it's your only option.
