If you are joint tenants with your mom with right of survivalshiip and your mom has alzhiemers. Can I sell the condo with the Power of Attorney I have if we need to move?

If what you have is a durable power of attorney, in which case it will state that it stays in effect even after your mom becomes mentally incompetent, then you have the legal authority to sell the property.
