Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Land rental agreement for use of out of home media advertising shell.

I have a new out of home media company and need a contract for land rental agreement between my company and the lessee of the land. This is for ad shell space only not whole or even major part of lessee property. We give ad revenue share or monthly/year rent to the lessee.

Shell is a recycling receptacle that sits in place of their exsisting trash cans.

IS THERE A FREE CONTRACT THAT MY LAWYER CAN USE AS A BEGINNING ????

Re: Land rental agreement for use of out of home media advertising shell.

If you have an attorney, then consult with him/her. If he/she cannot provide you with "legal services" then you should obtain services from another attorney. There is nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion with regard to legal matters. But to seek another attorney's product for use by another attorney borders on unethical practice. Do take this seriously.
