lane agreements
A lane agreement was agreeded upon 7 years ago between 2 residences and a business.It was split up as thirds for the up keep of the lane.Since then the trtaffic has increased greatly for the business.This includes all types of trucks with trailers and cars.Do the other two landowners stand a chance to have this agreement amended?

Your question is difficult to answer without seeing the language of the agreement. A well drafted agreement would have had an expiration/renewal date so that changes in usage or other factors over time could be taken into account for any contract changes. If there is no expiration date you may have a problem unless the commercial user agrees to a modification.
