leasing rentals
if you sign a lease for renting a home how much time do you have 2 back out? i.e. I sign a lease 2 rent a home on 12-6-06 and a hour later i changed my mind and want to back out

You have no automatic right to back out, unless there is such a right granted within the lease, which is unlikely. However, the landlord has to make a good faith effort to find a replacement tenant before he is entitled to enforce the lease.
