Legal Malpractice

How do you find out who the legal malpractice carrier is for an attorney. Also, how do you find out a judge's malpractice carrier.

If you have a potential claim against an attorney, you should write to him/her and ask them to forward it to their malpractice carrier. If you get no response, file a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission. As for a judge, you can't sue a judge for malpractice. The judge wasn't your attorney and has judicial immunity.
