liability tree falling
In the snowstorm, a dead tree in very back of wooded lot fell over in neighbor's yard and took down fence. Am I liable for repairing fence and/or damage?

No, unless you had knowledge of the imminent likelihood of this happening and ignored it. Still, to protect yourself, I suggest you consult your carrier. Your neighbor ought to use his own coverage if it's available.
