Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I currently live in a house 3 other roommates. 4 with myself included. Our lease is up at the end of july and three of us would like to renew at that time. There are some harrassment issues (just yelling and intimidation) with the fourth roommate at the moment and the way things are looking, she may fight to keep the house to herself. I was wondering if there was anything we could do so that the 3 of us can ensure a signed lease without her?

Go to the landlord and try and persuade him/her to lease only to the 3 of you. Realistically, the LL probably won't want to get involved in the dispute, but if you can convince the LL to back you up, s/he could put her out. Otherwise, you may be stuck with her if you can't convince her to leave.
