An attorney would need to look at the specific court papers to offer an opinion. If this is in the context of a foreclosure, then the court will issue something called an order ratifying sale which is the court's final approval of a sale to a different purchaser. If this is in the context of a tax sale case, the court will issue final judgment which gives the tax sale purchaser ownership.
While I hope this general information helps, it doesn't substitute for getting legal advice specific to your situation.
