Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I live in MD and have a neighbor who's driveway is partially on my property. I moved in 8 years ago, is there a statute of limitations in legally have her move her driveway? She had her driveway widend while the house was vacant just before I moved in.

You need to hire a real estate lawyer to handle this matter for you. It is not too late to do something about your neighbor's encroachment onto your property, however if you fail to act, then your neighbor will eventually have a claim of ownership to that strip of land.
