I live with my mom, i did not sign the lease, but my name is on there. I cannot afford to live there anymore so i am moving out. Could i get sued for rest of rent?

If you didn't sign the lease or anything guaranteeing the lease or the payment of rent, the landlord has no claim against you. He/she will expect your mother to pay the entire rent if she wants to stay.
