Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I live in a Ryan built home that I bought just over 3 years ago and to date have 6 or 7 foundation cracks and I'm not the only one. From what I hear, there are multiple homes in my development with "excessive" foundation cracks - one person I heard had 12! While Ryan is fixing them, it's now become an incredible inconvenience. We paid for brand new products and have had to deal with multiple contractors (drywall, carpet cleaning, crack repair, etc.) for most of the time we've owned our homes. Do we have a claim? Maybe a class action lawsuit? We need help. The emotional toll this is taking on us is causing us so much stress and inconvenience.

It sounds like Ryan is trying to address the problem structurally and you are complaining about the inconvenience of them coming on the property to do so. Unless they fail to remedy the problem, this wouldn't be a claim worth pursuing. Most people would be happy that they didn't stonewall your complaints about the problem.
