Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
Living Together
I buying a house, my daughter and her mother and she has three other kids from previous marriage lives there to, she paying half of the mortgage. My question is must put all their names on the deed, or can I write up some document stating that they live there too and have it notarized and it be legal.

There is no requirement that anyone but the persons who have signed the mortgage be named on the deed.
