Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I m a co owner of a house anf the other owner filed a sales in lieu partition against me. I need to know what my options are and what i need to do if i was the one paying the mortgage for some years

You may be able to argue for a larger share of the proceeds if you were paying the mortgage, but it also depends on who got the benefit of the property (lived there or collected rent). You need to see a lawyer to best protect your interests.
