Maryland Condominium Act

Where can I get a current copy of the Maryland Condominium Act? I have questions about the manner in which the property agent/manager has been spending the Association's funds and collecting the Association's rents without full disclosure.

The Act is part of the Real Property Article of the MD Code, title 11. Google "Annotated Code of Maryland" and you'll easily access it.
