Maryland Tax Court - Assessment Appeal

I need an attorney to represent one of my clients before the Maryland Tax Court in Baltimore on a real property tax appeal. We have an appraisal and appraiser to testify. The issue is value so law is not an issue. Simple case on a brick plant located in Western Maryland assessed at under 1 million.
