The meaning of the word ''structrual'' as it applies to real property
What is the meaning of the word ''structrual'' as it is applied to real property. I live in a condo that was left to me via a Will. I am responsible for anything structural in the condo. So what does this mean and what exactly am I responsible for?

"Structural" generally means anything attached to the premises. We're talking about the walls and ceilings, of course, but also might include light fixtures or even wall-to-wall carpeting--anything not easily removed. You didn't state it, but I assume your leasing the condo to someone and this is language in the lease that spells out who is responsible for keeping what in good repair.
