How do you initiate--name removed--motion to vacate--name removed--foreclosure from your credit report? What are the statue of limitations in PG County Maryland? Under circumstances is it permissible by law?

Adverse credit information generally stays on a credit report for 7 years. If the information is incorrect, you can write the credit bureau and request that they investigate it and remove it if the correct information can be verified.

The general statute of limitations for filing a civil suit in MD is 3 years.
