Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Hi I have to move me an boyfriend his mom had us put her thing and his in a storage an I put a few of mine in there to. Well his father pass away now his brother all ready got what they are suppose to and some - material things don't mean a thing. He left us the mobile home we are in the process of moving off the land and the home is being torn down- anyway his brothers cut my locks land put the ones they have on and my boyfriend cut them. And they took locks off.a second time Again he don't like trouble so he called a office out to handle it but didn't come - so his brother came after him and there was a fight. anyway my stuff is in there and I want it what do I do .nothing in the storage belongs to his brothers . And his mom is living with them now and she not in the situation.what do I do please help

If the brother won't allow you to retrieve your belongings you would have to file a suit against him in the District Court of Maryland in your county called a replevin action. I suggest you check with your county bar association about their reduced fee or pro bono (free) programs for legal representation if you income qualify.
