Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
My neighbor attached lights to my fence and has them directed in my yard and bedroom windows only. H refused the certified letter sent asking him to remove the fixtures and ignored me when I tried to approach him. My family can not sleep due to the bright lighting from these fixture. He knocks on my wall and throw trach in my yard. What are my options.

If it's solely your fence, you have every right to remove the lights as long as you don't enter his property. You have a claim for bringing a nuisance action against him if this behavior persists. I would send him another letter (regular mail) giving him a limited period of time stop this behavior or you will take him to court, and will seek damages and legal fees as part of your case.
