Re: owner of property

First of all, you should have put your agreement in writing in order to have evidence of your right to buy the mobile home. Since you didn't do that, the deceased owner's heirs might decide to put you out of the property, and you have no evidence to support your position.

If you still want to buy the mobile home, I suggest you contact the owner's next of kin and find out if an estate was opened for him/her. If so, contact the personal representative or executor of the estate and see if you can make an agreement to buy the property. If he died over two years ago, it seems surprising that no one has contacted you or made any attempt to dispose of the property.
