Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Parents to Deed

I had asked if I could add my parents to my deed but I think you needed more information. I am not selling them my house. I am adding them to my deed so they can get a loan for us.Right now I have a ARM with a 11% rate. If they are on my deed, they can get a home equity loan through their bank at 6%. This is also so my husband whom I am separated from can not sell my house without our (mine & my parents) approval. This is my grandparents house and I plan on it being in the family forever. My children will get the house when ever (if ever) I move out.
