Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I am not paying my creditors. Can the creditors put a lien on my parent's house. My parent's home is in trust for me, but it is in their name. Are my parents home at risk? I live in Maryland, and they live in PA.

No, as long as they are the legal owners of the property. But if they get a judgment against you in MD, they can attempt to enforce it in PA against the property after you become the legal owner.
