Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

If a person has an automobile and they have defaulted on the loan and the car is currently on the repo list,if they want to park the car at your home can any legal charges be brought against you even though your name is not on the loan?

No, but if the repo people locate the vehicle, they can repo it from your property.
