how can I get a person off a deed as a trustee they no longer have contact for two yrs and they didnt pay property tax I did but will not give me my deed

The scenario isn't entirely clear but I will outline general legal principles below.

If a trustee holds deed pursuant to a trust agreement and is required to pay property tax out of the trust, you may need to remove the trustee pursuant to the trust document terms and substitute a new trustee.

If you are instead talking about a joint owner who is on title along with you, the law provides a way to remove joint owners by something called a sale in lieu of partition action, which requires a lawsuit.
