pets

i live in a tax credit low income building my lease says no pet's. The rental company has allowed the tenent in the next apartment to have a cat. This is causing me phyical problems and after writting 3 letter to rental company i still get no response and the cat still lives here. thank you for your time

There's not much you can do about this--it's the landlord's right to enforce its lease with your neighbor, not yours. It may be that your neighbor's lease is different from yours in that regard. All you can do is keep complaining to the manager once you verify that your neighbor is in violation of the no pets provision.
