Possession after Foreclosure

My property was foreclosed on and now I have to answer a motion of possession. I don't know how to ansewer and further would like to keep the property since I am still in possession, or at least for another 90 days.

If there was a valid foreclosure, you have no defenses to a claim for possession by the purchaser. You do not own it anymore and have to leave. However, filing bankruptcy can buy you a small amount of time to get out so that your stuff is not thrown out on the street. If you need to do this, see a lawyer immediately.
