promise to deed property at a specific time

would like to have a legal document that says I will quitclaim deed my real estate property to my daughter on a specific date

If this is just to memorialize an intent to make a gift to her, all you really need to do is write that out. It really has no legal effect.

If your willingness to do this is in exchange for payment or something you are getting or have already gotten in exchange from your daughter, then it would be more in the nature of a contract, and the consideration and other terms should be spelled out in the document.
