Property dispute

I live in Baltimore, MD. My neighbor is suing me for $2,000. She claims my roofdeck is on her roof. It is actually on the party wall (which is the load baring wall) between our two townhomes. Our houses are on a hill, so the roofs are terraced, but the wall that we share between houses extends to the roof, where the deck is placed. Does she have a case? My deck is on my half of the party wall.

You ought to be able to resolve this by examining a survey which would show where the roofdeck is in relation to the property line. If you are right, she has no case.
