Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
I purchased 20 acres of land in Mineral County, WV, in 2006. It was to be a gated community with all the amenities. In the past four years nothing has been done to the area. The only difference I can see is that the roads, gravel not paved, are beginning to wash away in some areas, over grown with weeds in others. Do I have any recourse? It hasn't turned out to be what was promised when I purchased it. I wouldn't have purchased it were it not for all those promised amenities. Thank you.
