removal of one name from house deed

house is in three names.father and 2 sons. want to remove one son's name.can this be done thru paperwork at county real estate office by myself and removed son at the office?

No--you must prepare a deed to the property using the proper format and language, and have it convey the property from the 3 current owners to the 2 intended owners, so all 3 must sign. You must also prepare an Intake Sheet for the recording. Depending on the requirements of your county, you may also have to file an affidavit of no consideration to avoid transfer taxes. There will be a $40 clerk's fee for recording the new deed. An experienced real estate attorney could easily take care of this for you.
