Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

My rental condo was foreclosed on and sold on Feb. 1, 2010. I have not received any further information regarding the matter. There was some past due condo fees owed and I don't know if the house was free of any liens. What do I do next.

I assume by "rental condo" you mean you are renting it. If you have a lease, you are entitled to stay there but if you are on a month to month, once the foreclosure purchaser receives clear title you will probably be contacted and either advised to vacate or offered a new lease if that is what the new owner wants to do.

If you rent, contact the new owner.
