Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Seeking Original Text of a Maryland ACT

I have found many articles about the act but I couldn't find the original text itself for the Maryland Residential Property Disclosure and Disclaimer Act. Can someone point me to the right direction? Thanks a lot.
