I have been married for 18 years and my wife is not on the deed can I sell it my house?

Yes. However, unless you owned your house free and clear when you got married, she probably has a marital interest in the property. If you are in the midst of a divorce proceeding or one is about to be filed, she could seek to hold you accountable for her share of any funds you receive from the sale of the house.
