Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

i was sold my home in march of 2008 where the seller stated the house was sound proofed due to its location to the airport. the local aviation administration shows no record of the house being sound proofed so i was lied to. is there anything i can do?

You've waited a long time. If you can still contact the seller, ask them to provide documentation of the soundproofing, in light of the information you received from the aviation administration. If they can't provide it, you could take them to court, but after this long they could defend just on the ground of your delay in taking action.
