sold house in short sale primary lender did a write off. second lender want us to continue to pay a 30year fixed payment even thougth they released the house

You will need to check your documents to see if the secondary lender actually released the house and the debt or deficiency. Contact the person who negotiated the short sale or consult with an attorney if you are still unsure. Regards,
