In the state of Maryland, can a condo owner go swimming in the condo pool when it is closed (No Lifeguard and padlocked) without being charged for trespassing?

You shouldn't be charged with trespassing because as a condo owner your own an interest in the common elements of the association, which includes the pool. However, you are probably in violation of the condo rules and regulations and may be subject to a fine from the association.
