Is this true

My parents and I share a house, I have paid half of the expenses for 10 years.All three names are on deed,my mom passed away,is it true that I am only entitled to a third of the property or does it get split if we sell?

Unless the property was title as "joint tenants with right of survivorship" you would get 1/3 when the property sells. Your father would also get 1/3. The remaining 1/3 would go to the estate of your mother and would then be distributed according to her will, if she had one. If not, your father will likely get what is left of the estate's 1/3 after your mother's creditors and other estate expenses are paid.
