I am single, soon to retire from the Fed gov't. Do I need an Executor, POA, and a Will?

Do you own real estate, have securities, bank accounts, etc. Do you want to decide who gets this property when you die, or would you want the state where you're living to make those decisions for you? If you want to make that decision, you should definitely have an estate attorney prepare a will. Also, you need powers of attorney in case you become incapacitated and need to make financial and health care decisions for you. I would be happy to work with you to prepare these documents.
