Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

i have a work on my property the company who owned closed two years ago they told me to hold it until they pay me my back pay. i found out they arent going to pay nut i dont have the title i need to drive the truck what can i do

Your question is a bit unclear - do you mean you had a work VEHICLE on your property? Unless the owner signed the title over, they would still own the vehicle. If you are owed back pay, you are strongly urged to consult with an attorney who can help you determine if you have a case under Maryland's unpaid wage law. In some cases a person owed money can seize (garnish) assets like automobiles but it is not automatic and the courts must first give permission.
