Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
If I write letter to my rental agency about the things happening in our complex that are unsafe and make me frighten several times and they do nothing about it, what happens to me if I break my lease?

You likely violate your lease and your landlord can recover the remedies as provided under your lease. If the things that are happening in your complex are effectively preventing you from entering and exiting your complex, that may be a different story.
Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.******
