Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland
How many years does one need to check for judgements agianst property owner(s) when doing a title search in the state of Maryland. It is customary to search the land records for 60 years, but what about the judgements?

Judgments are good for 12 years but can be renewed, so title searchers typically check as far back as the records allow.
