Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Maryland

my 14yr. old daughter had sex with a 25yr. old man i want him arrested but i only have his first name, i havw his address and his cell phone #,but the name it is under is not his, could be mothers or sisters what can i do?

If you want to pursue the matter, contact your local district attorney and/or police and file a formal criminal complaint. They will open an investigation into the matter and take the appropriate action. Give the authorities the information that you have.
