Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Maryland

some 13 yr old kid is cussing me out on facebook and randomly says something about having sex with my 11 yr old sister and putting his balls in her mouth and a few other things, what would this be considered and should i look into getting a case?

Sorry, but civil sexual harassment laws typically do not apply when the harassment is between private citizens. However, what you are describing may be a criminal violation of the law (menacing, assault, pedophilia laws depending on the age of the poster, etc.).

I would suggest IMMEDIATELY notifying your sister's parents/guardians of the Facebook posts. Her safety may be at risk. You may also consider calling your local police to report the Facebook activity so that they can handle the matter.
