Are employers liable under a theory of
respondeat superior when their
employees commit sexual battery
against other employees on the job and
they know about it?

If rhe employer knew about the misconduct and did nothing then there will be potential liability for the employer, both directly under various legal theories and vicariously by respondeat superior.
