Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Maryland
Same sex (male/male) harassment in the workplace
For over six months I have being repeated accousted in my office my a male colleague on numerous occassions, followed around my office even visited by this individual over 20 times a day, received late night phone calls at my home, violated by being peeped at under the stalls in the mens bathroon, constantly told by this individual that they love me and kissed on the back of the neck and forhead. This situation has grown to the point that I am scared to be around the individual and scared to be in my office late at night because they tend to wait for me and offer me rides to the metro or subway. This unsolicited behavior has gone on since May 12, 1997. I have never been interested in this individual, I do not like this individual, I have never had a relationship with this individual, I just want this individual to leave me alone.

Harassment? Try stalking
Almost every state has anti-stalking laws on thebooks, and your description sounds like it fitslike a glove (sorry OJ). Don't put up with it,go directly to the police and the prosecutor of your town. Report every action to your employerIN WRITING and keep a copy. The employer is required to intervene or face harassment suits.
