i a'm 62 years old an on unemployment, can i apply for an get social sercuitywhile still collecting unemployment ?

Social Security will allow you to apply for early retirement but remember your monthly benefit will be reduced up to 25% for the rest of yout life. This reduction is because you are applying for retiremnt early not becauise you are collecting Unemployment Comp.
I do not practice in the area of unemployment comp so you should re-post this question under UC law for your state.
My guess would be that your UC payments would stop because you cannot "double-dip" in both programs. UC may also demand reimbursement for months that you collected both SS & UC.
